Annie is a qualified Nurse, with a wide background in all areas of health and well being. Having brought up a family whilst juggling a demanding career, she is only too aware of how stress can affect all aspects of our daily life.
No-one lives a stress free life, stress is the bodies natural reaction to being in an uncomfortable or worrying situation, it should ebb and flow. If it becomes a running theme throughout our lives it can affect our ability to cope with everyday life.
This blog acknowledges the constantly changing nature of our lives. It is my statement to you that your feelings are not difficult to understand, you are not different, and even if you do march to a different beat, you are not alone.
